What is it?

It is a safe and effective way to observe, through the story, metaphor, and experience, that of which has been causing disruption, pain, and sometimes unexplainable ailments (both physical and mental/emotional) in one’s current life. This unique observational vantage point allows for deeper and even more significant healing. It can help with clarity, purpose, healing grief and trauma, as well as dealing with karma. It’s just plain good for the soul.

Through the use of relaxation techniques, I help get my client into a space where the analytical/critical mind is quiet and the subconscious/unconscious mind is fully awake and able to communicate more clearly without being disrupted by the “monkey mind”.

Many cultures around the world strongly believe in past lives and the impact they have on our current life. There have been scientific studies done that show both a case for past lives and a discrediting for past lives. Whether you firmly believe in it or not, the process itself can be very therapeutic.

Past Life Regression is used in mainstream psychotherapy. It has shown to be very effective, especially when medications and traditional talk therapy is not working. Dr Brian Weiss is a medical doctor and practising psychiatrist, with a practice in Miami, Florida. He has written several books on the topic of regression therapy: Many Lives, Many Masters; Only Love Is Real, and Miracles Happen are just a few.
