NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming)

 
NLP applies techniques based on observation of communication and behavior patterns. It helps us to experience how our mind uses our senses to create verbal and nonverbal communication patterns, and the systems that give meaning to our words, thoughts, ideas, phrases and behaviors.
 

As a practitioner I use exercises and techniques to help you achieve specific and desired outcomes to create new patterns in order to facilitate positive change.

Not all of our programming is healthy and nourishing. We have beliefs, feelings, and behaviors that are the opposite of beneficial. NLP allows a person to change, over-write, and transform the unwanted, unhealthy programming — beliefs, emotions, and behaviors.

Together we navigate the excavation that helps you be the person you want to be, do the things you want to do, and have the things you want to have.
